Refund policy

At Muni Drip, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
